Privacy and Safety
At My Island Adventure, your family’s safety, comfort, and privacy are our top priorities. We’ve created a secure and welcoming environment where children can enjoy their journey of play while parents relax with peace of mind.
Clean & Maintained: Play areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Trained Attendants: Our attendants are here to maintain cleanliness, ensure rules are followed, and create a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere. Please note attendants are not responsible for supervising children on play equipment. Parents and guardians must supervise their own children at all times.
Age-Appropriate Play: Some equipment may have age, height, or weight restrictions to ensure safe and enjoyable play.
Your Information: All booking and payment details are processed securely and never shared with third parties.
Safe Environment: Our goal is to provide a respectful, inclusive, and fun experience for every guest.
At My Island Adventure, every child’s journey should be exciting, safe, and respectful — because peace of mind for parents is part of the adventure too.
My Island Adventure attendants are responsible for ensuring rules are followed and maintaining the cleanliness of the space. We are not responsible for supervision of the children. Children must be accompanied by adults while playing on equipment.
My Island Adventure Responsibilities
Our team will arrive (1) hour prior to the scheduled event time to set up play area for the event. Following the event our attendants will break down the area. Both setup and breakdown are included in all prices. Kindly inform representatives if there are any time constraints in setting up or breaking down.
One attendant will be included in packages but not with any standalone product. Additional attendants may be requested but are subject to availability.
Rules of Play
To keep the adventure fun and safe for everyone, we ask all families to follow these rules:
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Socks are required in all play areas (no shoes, no bare feet).
- No food, gum, or drinks inside play equipment areas.
- Play gently and respect others — no roughhousing, pushing, or unsafe climbing.
- Age, height, and weight restrictions must be followed for specific equipment.
- Please use equipment as intended — no flips, hanging, or unsafe play.
- Keep personal belongings in designated areas.
Our attendants are here to keep the space clean, ensure rules are followed, and create a cheerful environment. They are not responsible for supervising children on the equipment.
Deposits/Booking
An incidental deposit is taken at the time of booking. This will cover any accidental damage or misuse of rental items. At the time of collection of rentals the deposit will be returned if there are no observed damages.
Liabilities
Participation in play activities and use of rental equipment carries an inherent risk of injury. By entering My Island Adventure or booking rentals, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for supervising their children.
- My Island Adventure is not liable for accidents resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow posted rules.
- A full waiver and liability release form must be signed prior to participation or event rental. Please refer to the contract waiver for complete details.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the incidental deposit will be forfeited. The remainder of money, if any, will be returned.
